Will the shoot be inside or outside?

We offer both inside and outside shoots, but I prefer to shoot outside as long as the weather is cooperative! The natural backdrop always creates a special added detail to your shot.

Can I bring my pet or baby?

Absolutely! Just note that with longer exposure times, there is more room for error. You may not get a perfect image with a subject that has a harder time sitting still, but we can still capture their essence.

what should I wear?

I recommend textures and patterns like lace, plaid, etc. Stray away from a red lipstick, as red appears as black in the image.

While these photographs resemble the wild west pop-ups you see throughout Colorado, I encourage you to dress as yourself and leave the costumes at home! Your grandchildren will get to have a window into this point in time through the tintype, so wear what makes you, feel like you!

what does the shoot entail?

We will photograph you three times during your one hour appointment. You will get to choose your favorite to take home, or take the additional photographs for $25/plate extra!
